We are delighted to inform you that we have made some changes to our entrance and exit procedure, and we thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding during that time.
All entrances will now be open, and will function as both an entry, and exit point for the mall.
You will have free access into the mall, where you will queue outside your desired store. For high traffic stores however, these queues will be longer, and will hence continue to run in the parking area so as to stay within the person capacity per mall regulations set out by the government. Liberty Promenade sees a higher volume of shoppers compared to other malls so it is important we remain compliant with these regulations by running the longer queues outside the mall. For these reasons, security will continue to monitor the entrance doors.
As your safety and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic is our topmost priority, this new structure has been approved by Disaster Risk Management, and is subject to change should it pose a threat to our shoppers if it becomes unmanageable.
Please see which parking area you should queue at for the high traffic stores:
Entrance 1: ABSA; Capitec, Dis-Chem; Game; Post Office
Entrance 2: Cash Crusaders; FNB; MTN; Woolworths
Entrance 3: Ackermans; Capitec; City of Cape Town Municipal office; Clicks; Jet; Mr Price; Nedbank; Standard Bank; Truworths; Pick n Pay
Entrance 4: The Food Court (is open and may be accessed from all entrances); SARS (Open for appointments only via their website);
We look forward to your visit! Don’t forget to wear your masks whenever you leave your home.
